Professional Experience

Erica is an AHPRA registered Psychologist who works with people across the lifespan, including children, teenagers and adults. Erica uses evidence-based psychological treatments and modalities for issues including anxiety and depression, trauma, stress, and behavioural problems.

She has experience and training working across different organisations including private practice, employment support services, Youth Mental Health Organisation, Paediatric Clinics and ADHD & Sleep Disorder focused clinic.

​

Erica has a special interest in supporting individuals with disabilities and helping them achieve their goals and works towards better mental health. Erica aims to support clients to improve their functioning despite their unique challenges and hardships. Erica also has interest in supporting individuals navigating work stressors, difficult family dynamics and life changes.

Erica understands that seeing and connecting with a Psychologist can be difficult, and focuses on building rapport and really understanding your concerns and goals to support you, wherever you are in your therapeutic journey. Her style in warm, collaborative, client-centred and holistic.


Erica aims to assist her clients in understanding and develop skills and ability to change unhealthy thoughts patterns, behaviours, and unhealthy coping that keeps them feelings stuck in their current problems and to improve functioning and quality of life.

In her spare time, Erica enjoys taking care of her plants, going for a walks or learning something new.
