Our Fees
A standard consultation for individual therapy is 50-minutes in duration.
Medicare Rebate
Clients who have Medicare and a valid Mental Health Care Plan & referral letter from their GP prior to their appointment are eligible for a Medicare Rebate of $93.35 per session with a Registered Psychologist for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Please provide your referral via email or bring it to your first session for us to process your rebate. You will pay the full session fee upfront and receive the Medicare rebate in 1-2 business days.

After hours surcharge
Appointments after 5pm will incur a $10 fee on top of the regular fee.

Cancellation Policy
Please note, sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice period for all appointment rescheduling or cancelling. Please understand that cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment does not allow adequate time for the slot to be offered to another client.
Private Health Fund
A rebate may be available under your private health fund. Please contact your health fund to enquire about your eligibility. Please note that for each session, you can either claim a rebate through Medicare or through Private Health, they cannot be used together.
